Understanding Your Dashboard

Your analytics dashboard gives you a real-time overview of all form submissions and data trends.

Dashboard Overview

When you open the analytics section, you'll see:

• Total Submissions — Number of responses received
• Completion Rate — Percentage of started forms that were completed
• Average Time — Average time to complete the form
• Recent Activity — Latest submissions timeline

Charts and Visualizations

Response Trends

A line chart showing submissions over time (daily, weekly, or monthly).

Field-by-Field Analysis

For each question in your form:
- Text fields — Word clouds and common responses
- Choice fields — Pie charts and bar charts with distribution
- Numeric fields — Average, median, min, max, and histogram
- Rating fields — Average score and distribution

Geographic Data

If your form collects GPS data, view submissions on an interactive map.

Filtering Data

Use filters to narrow down your data:
- Date range — Filter by submission date
- Status — Complete, partial, or draft
- Specific answers — Filter by a specific response value

Real-Time Updates

Your dashboard updates automatically as new submissions come in. No need to refresh the page.
