Managing Your Account
This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your Paper Point account.
Profile Settings
Access your profile by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner, then "Settings".
You can update:
- Name and email — Your display name and contact email
- Password — Change your password regularly for security
- Language — Choose your preferred interface language (EN, FR, DE, IT)
- Timezone — Set your timezone for accurate timestamps
- Profile picture — Upload a photo or avatar
Team Management
If you're on a team plan, you can manage your team members:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Choose their role:
- Admin — Full access, can manage team and billing
- Editor — Can create and edit forms
- Viewer — Can view forms and analytics (read-only)
Subscription & Billing
Manage your subscription under Settings → Billing:
- View your current plan
- Upgrade or downgrade
- Update payment method
- Download invoices
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account:
1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Click "Delete Account"
3. Confirm by entering your password
Warning: This action is irreversible. All your forms, data, and settings will be permanently deleted.
