Creating Your First Form
Follow these steps to create your first form in Paper Point.
Step 1: Access the Form Builder
After logging in, click "New Form" in your dashboard. You can either:
- Start from scratch with a blank form
- Choose from our template library
Step 2: Add Fields
Drag fields from the left panel onto your form:

Step 3: Configure Fields
Click on any field to configure it:
- Label — The question text
- Required — Make the field mandatory
- Placeholder — Helper text shown in the field
- Validation — Set rules (min/max length, patterns)
- Conditional Logic — Show/hide based on other answers
Step 4: Preview and Publish
- Click "Preview" to test your form
- Click "Publish" when you're satisfied
- Share the link or embed the form on your website
Tips
- Use sections to organize long forms
- Enable offline mode for field data collection
- Set up notifications to get alerted on new submissions
