Form Builder
My form won't save
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure all required fields have labels
- Try refreshing the page and saving again
- Clear your browser cache if the problem persists
Fields are not appearing in the correct order
- Use the drag handles to reorder fields
- Check if conditional logic is hiding some fields
- Save and refresh to see the correct order
Submissions
I'm not receiving submissions
- Verify that your form is published (not in draft mode)
- Check that the form link is correct and accessible
- Make sure the form hasn't reached its submission limit
- Check your spam/junk folder for email notifications
Submissions are incomplete
- Check if the form is too long (consider adding page breaks)
- Verify that required fields are properly configured
- Test the form on different devices and browsers
Account
I forgot my password
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link (also check spam)
- Create a new password
I can't log in
- Verify that you're using the correct email address
- Check if Caps Lock is on
- Try resetting your password
- Contact support if the issue persists
Performance
The dashboard is loading slowly
- Try narrowing the date range in your filters
- Large forms with many submissions may take longer to load
- Use Chrome or Firefox for the best experience
- Clear your browser cache
